Stop Being a Smoker? (English)

     Smoker, you know smoker? Smoker is a term for someone who smoking cigarette, cigar, clove, or anything that using tobacco than burn it than sucking to make some haze/smoke. Many people says smoking make you warm your body, make you feel hover, relieves the stress, and make you forgetting shits. Don't believe that, at first time you smoking it's probably true, but after that? you will become a smoking addict that not make you feel hover or relieves the stress, and you will have more shit because of healthy problems that caused by smoking. It's just ruined your own life.

Anti smoking propaganda.

This is cigarette composition and the hazardous:
  • Nicotine                 : Causing addiction and destroying brain tissue.
  • Tar                        : Causing lung cancer.
  • Carbon Monoxide : Hemoglobin binding that make you lack of oxygen. 
  • Carcinogen            : Triggering growth of cancer cells inside the body.
  • Irritants                  : Polluting lung

     No. I don't blame to everyone who considered as smoker, I don't hate the smokers because why? Because I'm a smoker too, not just a smoker, I'm a "Heavy Smoker".I began smoking two years ago. Did you know? Before I'm become a smoker, I'm an Anti-Smoking. I always refusing to get closer to someone who smoking, but why I became a smoker? Because of environment factors of course, I can't reject it. I always think to stop smoking but it's too difficult.







     When I want to stop smoking, I'm really confused by some facts: 
  1. The doctor and my parents said I must totally stop smoking to recover my healthy and delay the hazardous of smoking.
  2. My biologist teacher and my experienced friends told me to not totally stop smoking because if a smoker totally stop smoking then  3-4 months later he/she will have phthisis, so I must stop smoking slowly.
     So, which one I must take it? number 1? or number 2? (sigh) I don't know which one is better for me, but I think number 2 is better. I'm praying that some time I could totally stop smoking not just for me, but for everyone in this  world. I suggest to the smokers to stop smoking slowly for your health, then I suggest to everyone who never smoking before to not even try smoking. Not just for your selves, but for your family, your friends, and everyone that you loves, also for our beloved Earth.
